Abstract:
A mold having an alumina with a microscopic concave convex structure, the concave convex
structure such that the distance between adjacent concave portions or convex
portions is not greater than the wavelength of visible radiation, formed by anodic
oxidation on the surface of an aluminum prototype free from rolling traces, wherein
the concave or convex depth or height in crystal grain boundary is 300 nm or less.
