Abstract:
A molding method for producing a positive displacement motor stator by using an elastomer material, comprising the following steps: S1. sequentially roughening, cleaning and drying an inner surface of a stator tube; mixing an adhesive with a diluent and then coating on the inner surface of the dried stator tube, heating, and then saving for future use; S2. evenly coating a mold release agent on a surface of a mandrel mold, and saving for future use after heating or naturally drying; S3. assembling the processed stator tube and the processed mandrel mold to obtain a combined mold; S4. evenly mixing a prepolymer and a defoamer, and then performing vacuum degassing at a negative pressure; S5. evenly mixing the defoamed prepolymer and a curing agent, pouring the obtained mixed solution into the combined mold of step S3, sealing, grading and curing by heating; cooling after curing is complete, and extracting the mandrel mold so as to obtain a positive displacement motor stator having excellent performance in hardness, tear strength, tensile strength, elongation at break, permanent deformation rate, and so on.
