Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a prepolymer of an elastomer material for use in a screw drill and a preparation method for the prepolymer. The prepolymer comprises component A and component B. Component A comprises hydroxyl-terminated liquid rubber, polytetrahydrofuran diol, and polyether polyol. Component B comprises at least one of an isocyanates, a cyanate, and a cyano compound. The mass ratio of the hydroxyl-terminated liquid rubber to polytetrahydrofuran diol to polyether polyol is (0.2-1.0) : (0.2-1.0) : (0.2-1.0). The present invention, by means of a structural design, introduces different molecular chains of different ratios, thus allowing the molecular structure of the prepolymer to be provided with both rigid and flexible chains, implementing the structural adjustability and controllability of the prepolymer; and with the introduction of an active group, also allowing the prepolymer to express great reaction activity and processability. By means of the present invention, a reactive elastomer material having great performance in terms of hardness, tearing strength, and tensile strength is acquired, applicable as an elastomer material for use in a screw drill in the technical field of well drilling.
