Abstract:
Provided is a molecular assembly of which the retention time is adjusted per target site in accordance with the type or purpose of the encapsulated drug or labeling agent, or a molecular assembly in which the ABC phenomenon is inhibited and which can be administered multiple times in a short time period. A molecular assembly containing a branched amphiphilic block polymer (A), which has a branched sarcosine-containing hydrophilic block and a hydrophobic block having a polylactic acid chain, and a functional substance (F) having a functional site and a polylactic acid chain, wherein the polylactic acid chain configuring the hydrophobic block of the amphiphilic block polymer (A) is configured from an L-lactic acid unit and the polylactic acid chain contained in the functional substance (F) is configured from a D-lactic acid unit, or the polylactic acid chain configuring the hydrophobic block of the amphiphilic block polymer (A) is configured from the D-lactic acid unit and the polylactic acid chain contained in the functional substance (F) is configured from the L-lactic acid unit.
