Abstract:
In this invention, a prediction unit (131) calculates the number of passengers who boarded a car (341, 342) from the landing of each of a plurality of floors on the basis of a first log and a second log. The prediction unit (131) predicts the number of people who have left the rooms on each of the plurality of floors on the basis of operational information and placement information. The prediction unit (131) predicts the number of people waiting on each of the plurality of floors on the basis of the number of people leaving the rooms on each of the plurality of floors and the number of passengers boarding the car on each of the floors.
