Abstract:
A monitoring and control system according to a mode of embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a determining unit which acquires, by means of communication, tap status information of a transformer with a load tap changer, and determines whether the transformer with a load tap changer is in a state in which a tap changing operation can be performed; and a display unit which, if the transformer with a load tap changer is in a state in which a tap changing operation can be performed, displays that a tap operation is possible, and if the transformer with a load tap changer is in a state in which a tap changing operation cannot be performed, displays that a tap operation is prohibited.
