A monitoring and processing device, comprising: a first acquisition module (301), used for acquiring real-time monitoring information corresponding to a target object, the real-time monitoring information being used for characterizing the real-time state of the target object; a second acquisition module (302), used for acquiring auxiliary analysis information corresponding to the target object; a real-time analysis module (303) connected to the first acquisition module (301) and used for determining, according to the real-time monitoring information, a real-time analysis result; a processing module (304) connected to the first acquisition module (301) and the real-time analysis module (303) and used for performing monitoring adjustment processing according to the real-time analysis result and the auxiliary analysis information and in accordance with a preset monitoring adjustment means.
