Abstract:
In this monitoring system, a group selection unit (14) selects an elevator group on the basis of the external information received by an external information reception unit (12). A device selection unit (15) selects an elevator device from among a plurality of elevator devices included in the elevator group selected by the group selection unit (14). A detection operation instruction unit (16) causes the elevator device selected by the device selection unit (15) to perform a detection operation. An emergency operation instruction unit (17) causes the plurality of elevator devices included in the same elevator group as that of the elevator device where the vibrations of a long object have been detected to a perform emergency operation.
