Abstract:
[Problem] Polyclonal antibodies or monoclonal antibodies that recognize ORF8 proteins are commercially available. However, the ORF8 proteins, which are antigens used in the acquisition of said polyclonal antibodies or monoclonal antibodies that recognize ORF8 proteins, did not have a dimer structure having three disulfide bonds in a molecule close to the native state and one disulfide bond between molecules. [Solution] The present invention has been completed by acquiring monoclonal antibodies using, as antigens, ORF8 proteins that have a dimer structure having three disulfide bonds in a molecule close to the native state and one disulfide bond between molecules, and by confirming that said antibodies have an anti-inflammatory effect.
