Abstract:
A novel monoclonal antibody that inhibits the take of hematopoietic stem cells and recognizes the surface antigen of a pancreatic interstitial cell having the ability to support the take of hematopoietic stem cells; and a hybridoma that produces the above antibody. The antibody is useful as, for example, an agent for enhancing the potency of anticancer drugs in the treatment of leukemia.
