Abstract:

A motion picture coding device (300) comprises: an acquisition unit (310) which acquires pictures in sequence which are included in a plurality of motion picture signals; and a coding unit (320) which: codes an anchor picture of a first motion picture signal, using only intra-predict, and outputs same in an I-Picture format; codes an anchor picture of a second motion picture signal, using only intra-predict, and outputs same in a P-Picture format; and codes and outputs pictures other than the anchor pictures which are included in the first and second motion picture signals, using either inter-predict in the time direction or intra-predict.
