Abstract:
A motor armature and a winding method therefor, and a motor. The motor armature (100) comprises an iron core (10) having a first end face (110) and a second end face (111) opposite to each other, and a winding (20) comprising coils (201) and gap bridge wires (202); the iron core (10) comprises a yoke portion (101) and tooth portions (102) arranged around the yoke portion (101); the tooth portions (102) comprise at least two winding teeth (10201) for forming the coils (201) and a crossing tooth group arranged between two adjacent winding teeth (10201) and used for forming the gap bridge wire (202); the crossing tooth group at least comprises one crossing tooth (10202); the gap bridge wire (202) comprises at least one first wire crossing portion (2021) formed by a first crossing line segment (20211), a second crossing line segment (20212) and a third crossing line segment (20213) connected in sequence, wherein the second crossing line segment (20212) extends on a crossing tooth along the second end face (111), the first crossing line segment (20211) extends towards the first end face (110) obliquely from one end of the second crossing line segment (20212), and the third crossing line segment (20213) extends towards the first end face (110) obliquely from the other end of the second crossing line segment (20212). The motor armature has characteristics of tight tension of gap bridge wires, high winding reliability, and the gap bridge wires occupying a small end face area, etc.
