Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a motor control device capable of suppressing electromagnetic noises including switching noise, and an electric vehicle system using the same. The motor control device comprises: a power converter which is controlled with use of a pulse width modulation signal; a motor which is driven by the power converter; and a control unit for generating a pulse width modulation signal on the basis of a carrier signal. When a first carrier frequency (fc1) of the carrier signal and a second carrier frequency (fc2), which is higher than the first carrier frequency, of the carrier signal are switched, the control unit changes the proportions of the first carrier frequency and the second carrier frequency in accordance with the rotation speed of the motor.
