Abstract:
A motor core manufacturing device according to the present disclosure comprises a die for holding a motor core including a resin filling portion, a chamber which is formed in the die and which has one end portion that communicates with a resin composition filling path communicating with the resin filling portion, a plunger for conveying a thermosetting resin composition, conveyed into the chamber, toward the resin composition filling path, a heater situated inside the die or inside the die and around the chamber, and an extruder for conveying the resin composition to the chamber while kneading the same, in order to introduce the resin composition into the chamber, wherein the extruder includes: an extrusion conveying path through the interior of which the resin composition is conveyed; a screw which is situated inside the extrusion conveying path to convey the resin composition while kneading the same; and a first temperature regulating mechanism having at least a portion situated inside the screw.
