Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of motor rotors, and in particular, to a motor rotor and a magnetic steel assembling tool. The rotor comprises magnetic steels, a magnetic steel sheath, and magnetic steel plugs. The plurality of magnetic steels are stacked in an axial direction. The two magnetic steel plugs are located on two ends of the stacked magnetic steels, respectively. An inner side surface of each magnetic steel plug is fitted to an outer side surface of each magnetic steel. The magnetic steel sheath is provided with a sheath inner hole. The plurality of magnetic steels and the magnetic steel plugs are embedded in the sheath inner hole in an interference fit manner. Two ends of the magnetic steel sheath are further connected to the two magnetic steel plugs in a welding manner. The magnetic steel plug is provided with a ventilation hole. One end of the ventilation hole is communicated with the outside, and the other end of the ventilation hole passes through the inner side surface of the magnetic steel plug. According to the motor rotor, the magnetic steel sheath is connected to the magnetic steel plug in an interference fit manner and a welding manner at the same time, so that it is guaranteed that the magnetic steel is firmly connected to the magnetic steel sheath. At the same time, a ventilation hole is disposed on the magnetic steel plug for discharging the hot air and the heated glue, which is beneficial to assembling of the magnetic steel.
