Abstract:
A moulded part (6) is fitted in a vehicle (1) comprising a floor board (2) on which are mounted front seats, at least one rear seat and, between the front seats, a hand brake (3) coupled to braking means by way of cables (4), a portion of which is positioned in an area (9) situated in front of a central part of the rear seat, said central part being adapted for connecting a baseplate of a child seat. The moulded part (6) comprises connection means (14) connected to the area (9) and a wall (13) disposed above the cables (4) that defines a bearing surface for the lower end (11) of a bracing element (10) of the baseplate and a protection interface for the cables (4).
