Abstract:
An array board 11b is provided with: a glass board GS including a corner portion 30 of which the outer shape is defined by a first end portion 11b1 and a second end portion 11b2 intersecting the first end portion 11b1; an alignment mark 29 disposed on the corner portion 30 and serving as a positioning indicator at the time of mounting a driver 21 and a flexible board 13, the alignment mark 29 including at least a first side portion 29a parallel with the first end portion 11b1 and a second side portion 29b parallel with the second end portion 11b2 and having one end thereof continuous with one end of the first side portion 29a, the mark having an outer shape flush with a reference line BL linearly connecting the other ends; and a first wiring portion 19 including an inclined portion 31 inclined with respect to the first side portion 29a and the second side portion 29b, following the reference line BL.
