Abstract:
On the basis of observation point positions indicated by a plurality of items of observation point information acquired at mutually different times, a moving object detecting device (4) estimates a tracking trajectory tracking the movement of a moving object corresponding to a plurality of observation points. The moving object detecting device stores a maximum reception power on the basis of reception powers indicated by the plurality of items of observation point information. The moving object detecting device determines whether a reception power difference obtained by subtracting the reception power indicated by each acquired item of observation point information from the maximum reception power is greater than a deterioration determining value. The moving object detecting device determines whether the reception power indicated by each acquired item of observation point information is equal to or less than a recognition determining value. If it is determined that the reception power difference is greater than the deterioration determining value and the reception power is at equal to or less than the recognition determining value, the moving object detecting device suppresses a degree of tracking to the observation point in the tracking trajectory.
