Abstract:
The present invention relates to a moving production line for carbon electrodes, the moving production line comprising a feeding frame, a conveying line, a centering station, a central-hole punching station, a cylindrical turning station, an internal thread milling station, an external thread milling station and a discharge frame; the feeding frame is connected to the discharge frame by means of the conveying line; and the centering station, central-hole punching station, cylindrical turning station, internal thread milling station and external thread milling station are arranged in succession on the conveying line. Feeding and conveying are simultaneously performed by means of five V-shaped block supports on the conveying line, and the corresponding integration of the centering, punching, cylindrical turning, and internal and external thread milling operations for carbon electrodes are respectively completed, which effectively controls the processing precision, improves the processing quality of carbon electrodes, reduces waste during carbon electrode smelting, and reduces production costs during smelting.
