Abstract:
A numerical-control cyclone milling machine, wherein a machine base (1) is provided with a plurality of workpiece lifting bases (8), which are evenly arranged at intervals between a clamping jaw base (6) and an ejector pin (7); each workpiece lifting base (8) is internally provided with a workpiece lifting electric cylinder (9), and the workpiece lifting electric cylinder (9) extends upwards out of a V-shaped support base (10) that is for supporting a workpiece (32); and a milling-head moving support (11) is arranged on the machine base (1) and behind the workpiece lifting bases (8), milling-head moving guide rails (12) are respectively arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the milling-head moving support (11), a milling-head device is supported on the two milling-head moving guide rails (12) in a guiding manner, a rotary feeding electric motor (20) is arranged on a front side of the front portion of the milling-head moving support (11), the rotary feeding electric motor (20) is in driving connection with one end of a rotary feeding lead screw (21) arranged in a front-back direction, the rotary feeding lead screw (21) is supported on a plurality of lead-screw lifting bases (18) arranged in a cavity between the two milling-head moving guide rails (12), and the other end of the rotary feeding lead screw (21) is connected to the milling-head device in a penetrating manner. The milling machine has a simple and compact overall structure, is stable in terms of support during clamping, supporting, guiding and milling operations, and is conductive to improving operation precision.
