Abstract:
Provided is a multi-component copolymer aqueous anti-corrosion emulsion dedicated for a rust converting primer, the raw materials thereof comprising the following components in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of a vinylidene chloride monomer, 15-20 parts of a vinyl monomer, 0.5-1.5 parts of an acrylic acid monomer, 1-2 parts of a stable protective monomer, 0.5-1.5 parts of a functional monomer, 0.05-0.1 parts of a pH regulator, 2-3 parts of a modified cross-linking monomer, 1-2 parts of a composite emulsifier, 0.5-1.5 parts of a reactive emulsifier, 10-15 parts of a metal ion grafting reactive seed liquid, 0.05-0.2 parts of an initiator, 0.02-0.08 parts of a reduction agent and 100 parts of water.
