Abstract:
A multi-core wire stripping method based on a roller wire stripping device. The wire stripping device comprises: a support frame (1), a wire take-up cylinder (2) rotatably connected to one end of the upper part of the support frame (1), a pretightening assembly (31) fixedly connected to the other end of the upper part of the support frame (1), a conveying assembly (3) fixedly connected to the pretightening assembly (31), a cutting assembly (4) in insertion fit with the end of the conveying assembly (3) close to the wire take-up cylinder (2), and a wire stripping assembly (5) in insertion fit with the end of the conveying assembly (3) away from the wire take-up cylinder (2); the cutting assembly (4) and the wire stripping assembly (5) are both fixedly connected to the support frame (1). After the wire stripping assembly (5) strips off the outer sheaths of end portions of a multi-core wire, the pretightening assembly (31) drives the conveying assembly (3) to apply a pretightening force to inner core wires, such that the problem that a roller group cannot abut against the inner core wires and thus the roller group cannot apply a pulling force to the inner core wires to strip off the core sheaths of the inner core wires can be solved, and the pretightening assembly (31) can also make the conveying assembly (3) adaptable to multi-core wires with different diameters.
