Abstract:
The present invention can provides a frame interpolation device and method, which can generate each pixel of an interpolation frame by referring to the number and locations of various pixels of a target frame, so as to acquire an accurate interpolation frame even in a video including various complex motions and large motions, and stably generate an interpolation frame even when an occlusion area is present in the target frame.
