Abstract:
A multi-functional supercritical micro-particle preparation system integrating techniques of fluid extraction, anti-solvent micro-particle preparation, micro-particle preparation based on rapid expansion of a solution, solution-enhanced dispersion by fluids, fluid-assisted micro-encapsulation, or possessing the above functions. The invention realizes substance extraction, organic micro/nanometer material preparation, inorganic micro/nanometer material preparation, etc. The device is easy to operate, permits a wide range of adjustment of parameters of an apparatus in experimentation, has superior stability, good manufacturing efficiency, etc. The invention has high application potential in the fields of material research, preparation, and application, and excellent industrial prospects.
