Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a multi-leaf collimator and a radiotherapy device, belonging to the field of radiation therapy. The multi-leaf collimator comprises: a first leaf box body, a second leaf box body, a first leaf group disposed on the first leaf box body, a second leaf group disposed on the second leaf box body, and a driving device. The driving device may drive the first leaf box body and the second leaf box body to synchronously move in the same direction. The multi-leaf collimator provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure may, by means of driving the two leaf box bodies to synchronously move in the same direction, improve the accuracy of the position of an irradiation field moving along with a tumor target area, and may ensure that the shape of the irradiation field will not change when the position of the irradiation field is moved. The accuracy and reliability of the radiation therapy are high. Moreover, since the two leaf box bodies may synchronously move in the same direction, that is, the two leaf groups as a whole may synchronously move in the same direction, the problem of leaf damage occurring due to the existence of control errors is prevented.
