Abstract:

Disclosed are a multi-phase buck conversion circuit, a fault detection method and device therefor, and a storage medium, which relate to the technical field of electronics. The multi-phase buck conversion circuit comprises: a power supply, an N-phase buck circuit, N inductors, a first capacitor, a load, a detection controller, and a drive circuit. An input terminal of the detection controller is connected to a fault detection point of each phase buck circuit in the N-phase buck circuit. Since the fault detection point of each phase buck circuit corresponds to different voltages at different times, the detection controller may detect whether each phase buck circuit is faulty according to the voltage at the fault detection point of each phase buck circuit in the N-phase buck circuit. When the detection controller determines that any phase buck circuit is faulty, the drive circuit may stop driving said phase buck circuit. Therefore, the isolation of the phase buck circuit is achieved to prevent the load from not being able to work normally due to the faults of the phase buck circuit.
