Abstract:
Provided is a multi-phase transformer, comprising a housing (1) and inductive transformation units (2). Each inductive transformation unit (2) comprises a magnet assembly (20), a primary coil (32), a secondary coil (33), and an induction coil (31); at least three placement spaces (101) are formed inside the housing (1), separation walls (111) of the housing (1) separate two adjacent placement spaces (101), and one inductive transformation unit is arranged inside each placement space (101); a first coil placement position (201) and a second coil placement position (202) are formed inside the magnet assembly (20), the induction coil (31) is arranged in the first coil placement position (201), the primary coil (32) and the secondary coil (33) are arranged in the second coil placement position (202), and the induction coil (31) is connected in series to the primary coil (32). The independent placement spaces ensure the effect of shielding between the multi-phase inductive transformation units (2); the concentric arrangement of the primary coil (32) and the secondary coil (33) reduces the volume of the magnet assembly (20), thereby reducing the volume of the multi-phase transformer; and it is just necessary to perform resin potting once within the housing (1), which ensures the heat dissipation performance of products and improves the production efficiency. When the multi-phase transformer is installed in a circuit, positioning and installation need only be performed once, and so the installation difficulty is decreased and efficiency is improved.
