Abstract:
A multiphase inductor, comprising a housing (1) and at least three inductor units (2). Mounting recesses (100) are formed between peripheral walls (11) of the housing (1); each inductor unit (2) comprises a first magnet (21), a second magnet (22), and a coil winding (23); the first magnets (21) are disposed in the mounting recesses (100), and the first magnets (21) are arranged opposite to the second magnets (22); the coil windings (23) are arranged between the first magnets (21) and the second magnets (22); the coil windings (23) are wound around the outer circumferences of magnetic columns (213) of the first magnets (21); an encapsulation layer (8) is attached to the mounting recesses (100) and is located between the peripheral walls (11) and the inductor units (2). The first magnets (21) are fixed in the mounting recesses (100) of the housing (1) and encapsulated with resin; the entire front surface of each first magnet (21) is bonded with resin; the multiple inductor units (2) are independent of each other and spaced apart; the front side surface and outer peripheral surface of each first magnet (21) as well as part of each coil winding (23) are all bonded with resin; the entire space of each installation recess (100) is encapsulated by the resin, so that the heat transfer areas among the inductor units (2), the encapsulation layer (8), and the housing (1) are effectively increased, thereby improving the heat dissipation effect.
