The present invention relates to a multi-purpose machine for pruning and grinding leaves and bushes, and more particularly, to a multi-purpose machine for pruning and grinding leaves and bushes which is capable of performing branch pruning by adjusting the width and height thereof as desired in accordance with the width and height of raspberry bushes and other cash crops, and is capable of grinding the pruned branches to provide as fertilizer. The multi-purpose machine of the present invention comprises: a top, bottom branch pruning apparatus (20) for pruning a fruit tree widthwise from either side thereof, the apparatus having a cutter arm (23), on which a cutter (21) is installed to rotate at both sides of a body (10), connected to a linkage arm (24) via a protective plate (25), the body (10) installed on top of a movable track (13) and having an operator cab (14) installed thereon; and a left, right branch pruning apparatus (40) for pruning a fruit tree height-wise from the top thereof, the apparatus having a cutter arm (23), on which a cutter (21) is installed to rotate at a center of the body (10), connected to a linkage arm (24) via the protective plate (25), the body (10) installed on top of the movable track (13) and having the operator cab (14) installed thereon.
