Abstract:
A multi-record-form tracking label, comprising an adhesive sticker label (1). A printing layer (5) and a silicone oil layer (3) are provided on the adhesive sticker label (1), at least one separated label (2) is provided on the silicone oil layer (3), and the printing layer (5) and the separated label (2) are provided with identification layers having same information data. Release protective paper (11) is torn open, the adhesive sticker label (1) is stuck to an object under test, and the separated label (2) is torn down from the adhesive sticker label (1) and stuck to a record form; by means of mark information on the identification layers, the record form can quickly match the object; by adding an attribute label to the record form, after multiple record forms are fused in flowing, flow details of the object can still be accurately tracked, and the object can be tracked back by means of the separated label (2) on the recording form. Information flow can be tracked more comprehensively, and security flaws causing harmful information flow can be detected from all the information flows.
