Abstract:
A multi-spindle fully automatic vertical machining center, comprising: an execution mechanism (4), a bed (9), a material feed area, a tool area, a machining area, and a cutting tool magazine area. The execution mechanism (4) comprises a ram (1), a saddle (2), and a sliding platform (3). The material feed area horizontally crosses through the bed (9), and the material feed area and the cutting tool magazine area are respectively positioned on either side of the machining area, the material feed area being positioned at the frontmost end of the machining center. The execution mechanism (4) moves above the material feed area, the tool area, the machining area, and the cutting tool magazine. Contrasting with the prior art, a conveyor belt is provided in front of the entire machine, horizontally crossing through the interior of the bed, and the length of the conveyor belt can be increased or decreased on the basis of requirements. By means of increasing the length of the conveyor belt, a function of storing more raw material and product components is implemented, thus saving manual labor.
