Abstract:
The present utility model relates to the technical field of mechanical equipment, and provides a multi-station leak testing machine for an electric vehicle hub. The present utility model solves the problems of low efficiency and high costs of the existing leak testing machines. The present multi-station leak testing machine for the electric vehicle hub comprises a machine frame, a testing compartment, positioning discs, a speed regulating motor, and an air jet apparatus; the positioning discs are circumferentially distributed in the testing compartment at equal intervals; the centers of the positioning discs are connected by means of rotating shafts and the lower ends of the rotating shafts pass through the testing compartment and are located on the bottom surface of the testing compartment; the rotating shafts are sequentially connected by means of a chain and are connected to and work in conjunction with the speed regulating motor to achieve rotation; the air jet apparatus comprises an air nozzle, a multiport valve, a swing shaft, a swing rod, and an air cylinder; the air nozzle is connected to the multiport valve; the multiport valve is connected to the swing shaft; an air inlet is formed at the bottom of the swing shaft; a flow channel inside the air inlet is sequentially communicated with the swing shaft, the multiport valve, and the air nozzle; the swing shaft has one end sleeved and fixed below the swing shaft, and the other end connected to the air cylinder. The present utility model has the advantages of synchronous leak tests at multiple stations and a more convenient and reasonable testing structure.
