Abstract:
A multi-water-channel hot stamping die, comprising an upper die base (1), an upper die insert (9), a lower die base (2) and a lower die insert (11), wherein the upper die base (1) and the lower die base (2) are both provided with a main water channel, the main water channel is provided with a plurality of cavities (17), water-through openings (14) are provided between the cavities (17) for communication, the diameter of the water-through opening (14) is much smaller than the size of the cavity (17), which is beneficial to changing a cooling medium in the main water channel and the cavities (17) in a stable state into a turbulent state, and thus improves the cooling efficiency. Moreover, the plurality of cavities (17) are not arranged in a single straight line in the main water channel, water-stopping blocks are placed in some of the water-through openings (14) in the cavities (17) to form a plurality of cooling areas, and a plurality of inserts are correspondingly arranged on the plurality of cooling areas, which can not only achieve simultaneous cooling of the plurality of inserts, but can also perform water cooling on only one insert, such that targeted control of a cooling water flow in the main water channel is realized, thus reducing unnecessary cooling cycles, precisely controlling the uniform cooling of the main water channel and various parts of the insert, achieving sufficiently uniform cooling of hot stamped parts, and solving the problems of the hot stamped parts having unstable mechanical properties and large deformations.
