Abstract:

The present invention comprises: an armature core provided with a plurality of teeth and a plurality of slots; armature windings comprising a plurality of sets of multi-phase windings that are wound around the aforementioned teeth and fitted into the aforementioned slots; a plurality of motor drive devices that are individually connected, respectively, to the plurality of sets of multi-phase windings; and a field-pole core provided with a plurality of field poles laid out so as to face the armature core with the air gaps therebetween. A plurality of magnetoresistive elements that block magnetic flux in the circumferential direction of the field-pole core are formed on said field-pole core.
