Abstract:
A multifunctional device for branch pile construction and a construction method for a branch pile. The multifunctional device comprises a central rotating shaft (1) and a power rotating shaft (2) which are coaxially arranged, and a rotating snap-fit mechanism (3) capable of adjusting the relative position of the central rotating shaft (1) and the power rotating shaft (2) is arranged between the central rotating shaft and the power rotating shaft; a force transmission cylinder (4) and a cutting cutterhead (5) are fixed at a lower portion of the power rotating shaft (2); and a rotary cutting structure (6) is provided between the cutting cutterhead (5) and the force transmission cylinder (4). The power rotating shaft (2) rotates to drive the cutting cutterhead (5) and a drilling cutter disc (7) to perform rotary drilling, when drilling is performed to a designated position and diameter expanding needs to be performed, the relative position of the central rotating shaft (1) and the power rotating shaft (2) is adjusted by means of the rotary cutting structure (6), and under the effect that supporting rods (63) push cutting blades (62), a cutting portion (622) of each cutting blade (62) is in an outward expanding state; and then, under the driving of the power rotating shaft (2), the cutting blades (62) can perform rotary cutting and diameter expanding while performing rotary drilling. The central rotating shaft (1) is designed to be a hollow shaft, such that muck generated during drilling can be suctioned out in time, and the functions of drilling, expanding, and cleaning at the same time are achieved.
