Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multifunctional strip processing unit and a use method therefor. The unit comprises a strip unwinding device, a heat treatment furnace, a pickling device, and a strip winding device which are sequentially connected along a strip running direction; the pickling device comprises a pickling section; the pickling section comprises at least one group of pickling tanks; at least some of the pickling tanks are provided with mixed acid liquid circulating units and hydrochloric acid circulating units; the mixed acid liquid circulating units and the hydrochloric acid circulating units are respectively provided with control valve groups for controlling whether to enable the circulating units to be communicated with the pickling tanks or not. The pickling tanks of the pickling section are provided with the mixed acid liquid circulating units and the hydrochloric acid circulating units, the mixed acid liquid circulating units can supply a mixed acid pickling liquid to the pickling tanks so that the pickling section can be used for pickling a titanium material, and the hydrochloric acid circulating units can supply a hydrochloric acid pickling liquid to the pickling tanks so that the pickling section can be used for pickling silicon steel. Therefore, the strip processing unit can meet the process requirements of silicon steel normalizing and pickling and titanium material continuous annealing and pickling, the process flexibility is high, and the applicability is wide.
