A laminate body in which a decorative film including at least two layers, namely a layer (A) and a layer (B), is disposed on at least one surface of a member made of a fiber-reinforced resin with the layer (B) interposed therebetween. A molded body with good appearance and with dramatically reduced irregularities which can occur on the surface of a fiber-reinforced resin is obtained by bonding a multilayer film comprising a substrate layer and an adhesive layer to a three-dimensional surface irregularity shape which is derived from fibers of the fiber-reinforced resin by laminating a multilayer film on a fiber-reinforced resin, the multilayer film being characterized in that: in the layer (A), S [Pa·m3] represented by S = EA × TA 3 is 80 × 10-4 to 600 × 10-4, inclusive, when the elastic modulus at the highest temperature among softening temperatures of the layer (A) is represented as EA, and the thickness of the layer (A) is represented as TA; the layer (B) is formed from a resin composition that includes a block copolymer (C) and has a loss tangent (tanδ) of 1.0 or higher at a temperature within the range from 80ºC to 150ºC; and the layer (A) and the layer (B) do not peel off from each other.
