Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multilayer film mirror alignment device for a monochromatic X-ray tube, and a method for acquiring an X-ray image using the same. The alignment device comprises: a base jig (10) for arranging multilayer film mirrors (5) in an upright manner, the base jig including a collimator (8) placed between an X-ray generating unit (4) and a detector (6) to align the X-ray generator and the detector and limit the radiation direction of the X-ray to provide an optimum incident angle to each of the multilayer film mirrors (5); an elastic support (20) for elastically supporting one side of each of the multilayer film mirror (5) standing upright on the base jig (10); and an incident angle adjustment unit (30) for adjusting an incident angle of X-ray by pushing the rear side of the multilayer film mirrors (5), being elastically supported by the elastic support (20) at one side, respectively. Therefore, in principle, a user can freely and selectively choose only the energy of a particular desired energy band, and obtain an optimum monochromatic X-ray image corresponding to a material to be measured.
