Abstract:
Disclosed is a multilayer hierarchical matching optimization method for an operating mode of a copper matte blowing process, comprising initializing system parameters, discretizing and then layering an operating mode, and calculating a hierarchical weight coefficient table; performing layer-by-layer matching; calculating a discrete mode similarity; determining a discrete sub-mode that matches the current layer and extracting a corresponding decision variable used for the blowing process; determining whether the blowing is complete; updating an excellent operating mode library, and ending optimization. The present invention describes current blowing working conditions in the form of an operating mode on the basis of the excellent operating mode library, retrieves the operating mode that most matches the current working conditions from within the excellent operating mode library on the basis of similarity metric criteria between operating modes, and updates the excellent operating mode library by using a new mode generated during mode matching, so that the method of the present invention can guarantee the automatic optimization control in the entire copper matte blowing process with high reliability and good practicability.
