Abstract:
Provided is a multilayered substrate (10) provided with an insulator (110) including a first area and a second area that is thinner than the first area, and a first signal line (310) and a second signal line (320) formed to extend across the first area and the second area. In an area where the first signal line (310) and the second signal line (320) face each other, the first signal line (310) and the second signal line (320) each have a smaller line width in the second area than in the first area, and the distance between the first signal line (310) and the second signal line (320) is shorter in the second area than in the first area.
