Abstract:
Disclosed are a multimedia playing method and device. The multimedia playing method comprises: detecting the moving speed of a terminal; if the moving speed exceeds a pre-set threshold value, determining whether a prompt tone event is collected; and if the prompt tone event is collected, changing a playing mode of multimedia from a current first playing mode to a second playing mode, or suspending the playing of the multimedia.
