Abstract:
The invention belongs to the field of medical detection apparatuses, and particularly relates to a multiple pathogen combined detection apparatus and a manufacturing method therefor. In the multiple pathogen combined detection apparatus, a sample pad, an immune colloidal gold antibody glass fiber membrane, an immune nitrocellulose membrane, and an absorption pad are respectively adhered to a plastic plate. Two ends of the nitrocellulose membrane are respectively overlapped with and connected to the absorption pad and the immune colloidal gold antibody glass fiber membrane. The other end of the immune colloidal gold antibody glass fiber membrane is overlapped with and connected to the sample pad. By utilizing the colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and the capture method principle, the combined detection apparatus for the IgM antibody of human influenza virus A type, influenza virus B type, rhinovirus, parainfluenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, mycoplasma pneumoniae and chlamydia pneumoniae in whole blood, serum and plasma samples is manufactured. The sensitivity, accuracy and stability of the immunochromatography method are improved, the operations are simple and convenient, the practicability is high, and sensitive, specific, comprehensive and rapid detection of respiratory tract infectious diseases can be realized.
