A handicap accessible bathroom of a multiple-unit train comprises a main bathroom unit enclosed in carriage walls. A door (17) configured to be pushed and pulled is provided at an inner wall of the main bathroom unit close to a carriage aisle. The door (17) is curved and protrudes towards one side of the carriage aisle. A toilet (1) and a hand sink (2) are respectively arranged at the front and rear of the main bathroom unit in a lengthwise direction of a carriage. The toilet (1), the hand sink (2), and the door (17) define an interior space in which a wheelchair can rotate. The door (17) is curved, so as to expand the interior space of the main bathroom unit. The toilet (1) and the hand sink (2) are arranged at the front and rear of the main bathroom unit in the lengthwise direction of the carriage; and thus the door (17), the toilet (1), and the hand sink (2) define an interior space of the main bathroom unit in which a wheelchair can turn around, such that handicapped individuals can use the bathroom more freely, and disabled individuals or passengers with limited mobility can use the bathroom independently.
