Abstract:
Provided is a multispectral ultraviolet light sensitivity measurement system, comprising: a light-emitting apparatus, an attenuation apparatus, a measurement apparatus, and a verification processing system. the attenuation apparatus comprises n integrating spheres and n-1 iris diaphragms, wherein n ≥ 2; an integrating sphere comprises a light entry hole and two light exit holes; between the interconnected integrating spheres, the light exit hole of the previous integrating sphere is connected to the light entry hole of the subsequent integrating sphere by means of an iris diaphragm, and an ultraviolet imager (11) to be tested is placed at the light exit hole of the last integrating sphere. A measurement apparatus is arranged at the other light exit hole of the integrating sphere, and synchronously records the measurement conditions; the measurement result is analyzed and processed by the verification processing system, and a sensitivity measurement result of the ultraviolet imager (11) is obtained. The apparatus has low requirements for the experimental environment, can generate ultraviolet test signals at uniform and stable signal strength, the signal strength can be precisely adjusted, and the measurement results can be measured and traced. The spectral analysis function of the apparatus can measure the ultraviolet sensitivity of different wavelengths, obtain a device sensitivity spectrum curve, and the measurement performance is more comprehensive. Also provided is a multispectral ultraviolet sensitivity measurement method.
