Title:
MULTIWIRE MEASURING DEVICE FOR DETECTING A DEFECTIVE, TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENT RESISTANCE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/019877
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to a multiwire measuring device (10; 150) which has at least two alternately operable power-generating devices (70, 80; 250, 260), at least two voltage-measuring devices (110, 120; 270-300) and at least three terminals (1, 2, 3; 151-155), preferably three, four or five terminals, to which at least two electrically interconnected temperature-dependent resistance sensors (50, 60; 210, 220) can be connected. This multiwire measuring device also has an evaluation device (130; 310) which is designed to determine the electrical resistances of the resistance sensors automatically and using any possible combination of a two, three and four-wire measurement, in order to be able to detect a defective resistance sensor.
