Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: colored nail tips molded by irradiating UV light onto, and curing, a photocurable material resin having a shape memory effect; and nail tips for toes. [Solution] These colored nail tips are molded by irradiating UV light onto, and curing, a light-transmissive mold having a mixed material injected therein that comprises a coloring material and a photocurable material resin having at least a shape memory effect. The photocurable material comprises at least an oligomer aliphatic urethane acrylate, a monomer, and a photoreaction initiator. The photoreaction initiator: is added in the appropriate blending amount for nail tips that are molded by curing without adding the coloring material; and blended in the mixed material. The nail tips for toes are similarly photocured and molded and the photocurable material comprises at least an oligomer aliphatic urethane acrylate having a shape memory function, a monomer, and a photoreaction initiator. The mixture material has a silicone mold release agent added thereto. A smaller amount of the photoreaction initiator is blended in the mixture material, compared to the appropriate blending amount for oligomer aliphatic urethane acrylate and monomer in nail tips that have been photocured and molded.
