Abstract:
A preparation method for a nano photocatalytic marine antifouling and anticorrosive coating. The method comprises the following steps: mixing titanium dioxide, urea and deionized water at a ratio, stirring the mixture at room temperature for more than 12 hours in a crusher, and then drying same at a certain temperature for 24-30 hours, wherein the state of the chemical substance is changed into a solid; collecting the solid, then heating same to a calcination temperature in a muffle furnace, and then calcining the solid at this high temperature for 4-5 hours, wherein after the calcination in the muffle furnace, the color of the titanium dioxide changes to brown; and ball milling same for 15-25 minutes in a ball mill. The nano photocatalytic marine antifouling and anticorrosive coating can effectively implement anti-corrosion by means of photocathode protection. After electron-hole pairs are formed, electrons can be transferred to a metal substrate, such that the electrode potential is reduced, and an anti-corrosion effect is achieved; the nanostructure material can serve as a filler to prevent the transmission of Cl- and Na+ ions, so that corrosion resistance is achieved, and the hydrophobicity of the surface also contributes to the anti-corrosion function.
