Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a nanoliposome encapsulating a graphene quantum dot, preparation, and an application thereof in activity detection of a bioenzyme. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding lecithin and cholesterol to chloroform, performing ultrasonic treatment to uniformly disperse lecithin and cholesterol, and then performing rotary evaporation to remove chloroform, so as to obtain a liposome thin film; (2) adding a graphene quantum dot solution to the liposome thin film, and performing ultrasonic treatment in an ice bath for uniform dispersion, so as to obtain a mixed solution I; then repeatedly extruding the mixed solution by means of a polycarbonate membrane to obtain a mixed solution II; and dialyzing the mixed solution II to obtain the nanoliposome encapsulating the graphene quantum dot. The nanoliposome prepared by the present invention is high in biological safety, and long-acting and stable in luminescence; and the rupture of the liposome is caused due to the presence of phospholipase A2, so as to release a fluorescence signal molecule wrapped in the liposome. Therefore, the liposome can be used for the activity detection of a pancreatitis marker phospholipase A2, and has a wide application prospect in biological detection and clinical diagnosis, etc.
