Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a technology for cooling natural gas to a temperature suitable for pre-processing in a pre-processing facility for removing impurities contained in the natural gas. [Solution] The present invention is configured such that natural gas supplied to an adsorption column which removes moisture contained in the natural gas is cooled through heat-exchange with cooling water by a first cooler, and the cooling water is cooled through heat-exchange with a non-hydrocarbon refrigerant cooled to 0°C to 10°C by a second cooler. Accordingly, the natural gas can be cooled to a suitable temperature while direct heat-exchange with the non-hydrocarbon refrigerant is avoided.
