Abstract:
A navigation apparatus is configured such that not only guidance to a user but also all of guidance, an operating sequence, an operating screen, and a recognition vocabulary; i.e., an operation transition defined by the guidance, operating sequence, operating screen, and recognition vocabulary, can be modified and presented in accordance with the level of understanding of the recognition vocabulary by the user. Thus, the probability of achieving a task by a user with a low level of understanding of the recognition vocabulary can be increased, or improved smoothness of operation can be achieved for a user with a high level of understanding of the recognition vocabulary, so that an operation transition that is optimized for every user can be presented.
